Results, Sustainability & Support Commitment

This Accelerator is designed to help you build a sustainable doula practice - not just sign a few clients and feel stuck again.

Our focus is on creating repeatable systems for outreach, referrals, onboarding, and independent billing so your practice can consistently support an average of ~2–4 clients per month, depending on your availability and how many clients you choose to take on.

This is a hands-on implementation program, not passive coaching. You will be actively guided in setting up real systems that support long-term client flow and income retention (including how to bill independently and keep more of your reimbursement rather than losing a percentage to agencies).

Because of the depth of mentorship and infrastructure provided, and the nature of birth work (which means you could sign a client, but not start working with them til later in the year), payment is for the program experience, systems, and support - not contingent on the timing of individual client bookings.

That said, I stand behind the process.

If you actively participate, attend our strategy calls, are willing and able to take clients during the duration of the program, and implement the key strategies taught and the assignments but do not reach at least three (3) confirmed clients with first visits scheduled by the end of the program, I will work closely with you for an additional month of support (and 3 more strategy sessions) at no extra cost to help you refine and fully implement your systems.

In practice, when the program is actively implemented, it is more likely that it will be way beyond 3, but that way you know I’m committed to help making this happen. The intention is to build a sustainable system that continues bringing in aligned clients month after month, for years to come, at a pace that supports your capacity and lifestyle. As well as to teach you to do your own billing so over time you can save way more than the investment in the program as compared to paying 17% to a group or agency.

Why Learn From Me

I’ve been a holistic practitioner and business owner since 2019, with a background in somatic work and functional medicine. When Medi-Cal began covering doula services, I brought the same grounded, systems-based approach into my own practice — and within the first few weeks, I was able to support 10 clients through Medi-Cal.

At first, I assumed that kind of traction was typical. Over time, I realized it wasn’t. Many doulas around me were struggling to find clients, navigate systems, and sustain their practices, even while doing deeply meaningful work.

Alongside my clinical work, I spent over five years with a multi-million-dollar business coaching company, where I directionally closed over $1,000,000 in sales and supported practitioners with strategy, systems, and implementation. That experience showed me how transformative clear, realistic guidance can be.

Outside of work, I’ve always been known as someone resourceful and scrappy — the person friends come to when they’re trying to create more income or use existing systems in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming. I genuinely love helping people see what’s possible.
